不同光照条件下曼地亚红豆杉抗寒力的变化及内源激素调控 被引量:7

The Change of Leaf Cold Resistance Abilities of Taxus Media cv.Hicksii Grown at Different Light Condition and Regulation of Endogenetic Hormone

摘要 以不同光照条件下的3年生曼地亚红豆杉为材料,研究了其叶片在自然降温过程中抗寒力的变化及其内源激素的调控,结果表明:不同光照条件下的曼地亚红豆杉抗寒力强弱的顺序为:自然光,1层遮荫,2层遮荫.在自然降温过程中,自然光下植株叶片抗寒力的提高主要与ABA含量增加及ZRs含量下降有关;1层遮荫抗寒力提高主要与ABA含量增加及GA含量下降有关;2层遮荫抗寒力提高主要与IAA含量下降和ABA含量上升有关.其中,ABA含量与抗寒力强弱关系最为密切. The change of leafs cold resistance abilities and adjustment of endogenetic hormones to them of 3yearold Taxus media cv. Hicksii grown at different light conditions when the temperature fell down was studied here. The results showed that the order of the leafs cold resistance abilities grown at different light conditions was: natural light > onelayer shade > twolayer shade. As the temperature fell down, the increasing of the leafs resistance ability under natural light was chiefly related to the increasing of ABAs content and the descending of ZRss content. The increasing of the leafs resistance ability under onelayer shade was chiefly related to the increasing of ABAs content and the descending of GAs content. The increasing of the leafs resistance ability under twolayer shade was chiefly related to the increasing of ABAs content and the descending of IAAs content. Among them, ABAs content was most closely related to the leafs resistance abilities.
