摘要
以不同光照条件下的3年生曼地亚红豆杉为材料,研究了其叶片在自然降温过程中抗寒力的变化及其内源激素的调控,结果表明:不同光照条件下的曼地亚红豆杉抗寒力强弱的顺序为:自然光,1层遮荫,2层遮荫.在自然降温过程中,自然光下植株叶片抗寒力的提高主要与ABA含量增加及ZRs含量下降有关;1层遮荫抗寒力提高主要与ABA含量增加及GA含量下降有关;2层遮荫抗寒力提高主要与IAA含量下降和ABA含量上升有关.其中,ABA含量与抗寒力强弱关系最为密切.
The change of leafs cold resistance abilities and adjustment of endogenetic hormones to them of 3yearold Taxus media cv. Hicksii grown at different light conditions when the temperature fell down was studied here. The results showed that the order of the leafs cold resistance abilities grown at different light conditions was: natural light > onelayer shade > twolayer shade. As the temperature fell down, the increasing of the leafs resistance ability under natural light was chiefly related to the increasing of ABAs content and the descending of ZRss content. The increasing of the leafs resistance ability under onelayer shade was chiefly related to the increasing of ABAs content and the descending of GAs content. The increasing of the leafs resistance ability under twolayer shade was chiefly related to the increasing of ABAs content and the descending of IAAs content. Among them, ABAs content was most closely related to the leafs resistance abilities.
