摘要
目的 了解肛门镜污染情况 ,探讨有效的消毒方法及预防措施。方法 对肛门镜两个部位 139例标本进行微生物监测 ,并用 2 %强化戊二醛消毒后进行对比 ,对备用状态肛门镜按使用频率不同分两组 ,对存放 1～ 7d的细菌数进行监测。结果 流动水清洗后的 139例标本微生物污染严重 ,消毒液浸泡 30min后 ,肛门镜镜管 (或镜叶 )及手柄全部达到消毒 ,备用状态肛门镜的污染程度与使用频率及存放时间关系密切。结论 对肛门镜进行严格监控应作为控制医院感染的重要措施之一。
OBJECTIVE To understand the bacteria contamination of anuscope and investigate the effective sterilization methods and preventive countermeasures. METHODS Bacteria are surveyed in two different parts of every anuscope of 139 samples,then compared with it after being sterilized with 2% potent glutaraldehyde. According to different frequency of using anuscopes, standby anuscopes are divided into two groups and account the amount of bacteria on anuscopes having been stored for 1 7 days. RESULTS Every anuscope′s tube(or leaf) and handle of 139 samples are infected seriously by microbe after having been cleaned by flowing clear fresh water, but they can be sterilized after having been soaked by disinfectant solution for 30 minutes.There is strong correlation between the contamination degree on the standby anuscope and the frequency of its being used,the time of its being stored. CONCLUSIONS Strictly surveillance on anuscope should become one of important ways to control nosocomial infection.
