摘要
通过对26例结直肠损伤患者临床资料进行分析,对结直肠损伤的早期诊断、处理原则、治疗方法以及正确的术式选择等方面进行探讨。作者认为应根据损伤的原因、部位、类型、程度、时间、污染程度以及合并伤等综合因素慎重选择最佳术式,同时抗休克、抗感染、合并伤的诊治和支持疗法等均为减少并发症、降低死亡率、提高疗效的重要措施。
The anther has studied the clinical data of 26 cases of colorectal injuries, discussing diagnosis and treatment. It is believed that the selection of operative approaches to colorectal injuries must be according to cause, location, extent, delay time, contamination and the accompaning injuries. At the same time, the measures of antishock, infection control, and the management of accompaning injuries are all the faetors concerning the mortality and morhidity.
