摘要
针对电厂除渣系统的核心设备——捞渣机在使用中经常出现的脱掉链、断齿、刮板脱落等现象进行了研究;分析了其产生的故障原因,并分别针对每种故障从制造和设计等角度对捞渣机进行了技术改造,并应用于工程实践,为企业创造了经济效益。
This paper makes some researches on such frequent faults as off the chains, off the drag links, broken gear of the Submerged Slag Conveyor which is the key equipment of residue removing system of the power plant. It also analyses the causes of these faults, makes some technical improvements to Submerged Slag Conveyor accordingly from the aspects of manufacture and design, applies them to practice and has brought great e-conomic benefit to enterprises.
