摘要
以国产SGB 76 4/ 2 6 4WA型刮板输送机链条作为研究材料 ,对 34次断链事故故障采用无拼接数学模型法、拼接威布尔分布概率纸法、拼接数学模型法三种方法对其可靠性进行研究 ,综合三种方法研究结果认为该产品链条的有效使用时间为 5个月。
The research material is the home-grown SGB-764/264 W-A type scraper conveyer chain,and the reliability is researched by three methods of non-abuting mathematical model method,abuting Weibull distribution probability paper method and abuting mathematical model method on 34 times trouble of chain rupture.Synthesizing the three methods the result is the effective hour of use is five monthes.
