介绍了国内73%碱生产现状和升膜工艺情况,对以45%隔膜碱生产73%片碱的升膜蒸发工艺开发设计进行了探讨。提出了生产73%碱的大规模国产化设备、工艺的设计要点。
The present situation of domestic production of 73 wt% caustic soda and climbing film process is introduced.The development and design of climbing film process producing 73 wt% flake caustic soda from 45 wt% diaphragm caustic soda are discussed.The key points to design domestic equipment and process for large scale production of 73 wt% caustic soda are proposed.
