2002年我国烧碱产量再次快速增长,但出口受阻,进口量增加,使国内烧碱市场压力剧增。截止到2003年5月,国内烧碱生产能力为938万t/a,到2005年年末将至少达到1295万t/a。减轻国内烧碱市场压力的3种途径(从源头上解决、拉动内需、增大出口量)中应以增大出口量为主。国内氯碱企业应通过向多元化、跨行业发展增加新的创收点,也可利用原料优势参加纯耗烧碱产品的市场竞争,但氯碱企业生产纯耗烧碱产品对减轻国内烧碱市场压力的作用有限。氯碱企业应通过挖潜改造和技术进步降低生产成本、增强烧碱的市场竞争力以促进出口。详细介绍了近一二年国内氯碱企业开发或采用的新技术与新设备。
In the year 2002,the output of caustic soda in China increased quickly once again,but the amount of export reduced and that of import increased. And all these put more pressure on domestic caustic soda market. Up to May of 2003, the total production capacity at home is 9 380 kt/a. At the end of 2005 ,it will reach at least 12 950 kt/a. There are three ways to lessen the pressure of domestic market, that is,solving the problem from the source,expanding domestic needs and increasing the export. Among them the last way is the most important one. Domestic chlor-alkali enterprises should develop their products diversely and multi - industrially in order to create more income, and also participate in the competition of consuming caustic soda products' market by making use of the advantage of the raw materials. But the latter only has a limited effect on reducing the pressure of China caustic soda market. Therefore the enterprises should reduce the production costs and strengthen the competition of caustic soda products to promote the exports by innovating and technique - improving. The new techniques and equipments,developed or used by domestic chlor- alkali enterprises in recent one or two years,are introduced in detail.
