摘要
该文对2Cr11NiMoVNbNB钢进行了蠕变实验,试验温度为600℃,采用损伤力学的方法对该材料的蠕变试验数据进行了损伤规律分析研究,同时研究了该材料蠕变断裂时的总应变和应力的关系以及蠕变第二阶段起始时间与应力的关系。结果表明,按照时间分数得到的蠕变损伤和按照蠕变速度得到的蠕变损伤基本一致;在相同的寿命时间分数下,低应力对应的损伤也较大;随着应力的增大,蠕变断裂时的应变也增大,而第一阶段在整个蠕变过程中的比例减小。同时,给出了该材料的Kachanov蠕变损伤公式和 Norton蠕变损伤公式的常数。
Creep experiments on 2Cr11NiMoVNbNB steel were carried out at 600℃. Damage mechanics is used to analyse the creep damage laws of this material. The relations between the total strains and stresses at rupture are investigated. The relations between the starting time and stress of the secondary creep stage are also discussed. The results show that the damage calculated by creep time ratio is almost consistent with that calculated by the creep rate; Lower stress is corresponding to larger creep damage at the same time-ratio; as the stress increases, the creep strain at rupture increases, whereas the ratio of the primary stage in the total creep procedure decreases。In the meantime, the material constants of Kachanovs and Nortoncreep damage equations are presented.
