摘要
以试验为基础研究了疲劳载荷引起的材料剩余强度退化现象,引入与剩余强度相关的“二元疲劳失效判据”。根据剩余强度退化规律详细分析了平均应力的作用原理,并推导出复杂载荷下的平均应力修正公式,试验结果表明,用这样的公式修正复杂循环载荷下的平均应力影响比传统方法精度有明显提高。
Based on experiment,the residual strength degradation law of the 45 % carbon steel is investigatedand a'double parameter fatigue failure criterion'is introduced. The mechanism of the effect of mean stress on fatigue life under complex loading is analyzed and new method is developed to account for the mean stress effect onfatigue damage and life. Test result shows that the proposed new method is more reasonable and more accuratethan the traditional ones.
