摘要
环形行波型超声波电机小直径条件下,输出性能逐渐失去低速大扭矩的特点。而柱体弯曲振动超声波电机是靠圆柱定子端部的摇头振动并通过摩擦来驱动转子的,定子的直径越小,摇头振动的幅值越大,因而,小直径时更能显示出这种电机的优越性。该文阐述了双转子柱体弯曲振动超声波电机的运行机理,证明了定子表面质点运动轨迹为一椭球;利用ANSYS有限元软件分析了电机的弯曲振动模态;用阻抗特性分析仪分析了电机的阻抗特性和相位特性;制作了直径为20mm、有两个转子的柱体弯曲振动超声波电机, 并对其输出特性进行了测试,最大转矩达0.16Nm、最高转速为220r/min。
Traveling wave ring-type ultrasonic motor will lose the characteristic of large torque with low speed when it's diameter is small. Otherwise the cylindrical ultrasonic motor uses bending vibration of the top surface of stator to drive rotor. The smaller the diameter of stator is, the bigger the amplitude of vibration will be. The operation mechanics of cylindrical bending vibration ultrasonic motor with double rotors is represented in this paper. It is approved that the motion locus of top point of stator is an elliptical sphere. The motor's bending vibration mode is analyzed by ANSYS. The motor's character of impedance and phase contrast has been surveyed by using impedance characteristic analysis instrument. The cylindrical bending vibration ultrasonic motor with two rotors and 20mm in diameter is fabricated, and it's output performance is tested. The largest output torque is 0.16Nm, the highest output speed is 220 r/min.
