摘要
目的 :了解妊高征并发脑血管疾病的临床表现 ,探讨其诊断要点及治疗原则。方法 :回顾性分析我院 2 0 0 0年 1月至 2 0 0 2年 1月发生的 7例脑血管疾病的临床表现及结局。结果 :7例发生脑出血、颅内静脉 (窦 )血栓形成、短暂性脑缺血、蛛网膜下腔出血。结论 :围产期妊高征患者易发生脑血管疾病 。
Objective:To investigate the clinical presentation of pregnancy induced hypertension complicated with cerebrovascular diseases and to discuss the diagnosis and treatment for this situation.Methods: 7 cases of pregnancy induced hypertension complicated with cerebrovascular diseases during Jan.1,2000 to Jan.31,2002 were retrospectively analysed Results: All of 7 cases with pregnancy induced hypertension occurred cerebral haemorrhage,cranial intravenous thrombosis,transient ischemic,subarachnoid hemorrhage and different degree conscious disturbance,convulsion and dyskinesia in 2 cases from 3 cases with eclampsion died Conclusions: Pregnancy induced hypertension is the main reason for the occurance of pregnancy complicated with cerebrovascular diseases. Patients with eclampsion were more liable than those with preeclampsia.
