摘要
目的 :研究陈皮贮存时间、炮制方法对陈皮质量的影响。方法 :以陈皮苷、挥发油含量为指标 ,考察贮存时间及炮制方法对陈皮质量的影响。结果 :贮存时间越长则陈皮中挥发油的含量逐渐降低 ,而陈皮苷的含量则逐渐增大。炮制方法主要影响陈皮中挥发油的含量 ,而对陈皮苷 (除炭制品外 )的含量无显著影响。结论 :贮存时间及炮制方法均对陈皮的质量有影响。
Objective Probing into the effect of storage duration and methods of processing in the quality of pericarpium citri reticulate.Methods:With the contents of hesperidin and volatile oils as the index,observing and studying the impact of storage duration and methods of processing on the quality of pericarpium citri reticulate.Results:With the duration of storage prolonged,the contents of volatile oils in it gradually decrease,while the content of hesperidin gradually increases,process of preparation mainly affect the contents of volatile oils in the pericarpium citre reticulate,but with no marked impact on the content of hesperidin(with exclusion of carbon products).Conclusion:The duration of storage and methods of preparation both affect the quality of pericarpium citri reticulate.
