摘要
陈皮注射剂给猫静脉注射后,可迅速而显著地改变猫的血流动力学参数,主要表现为:血压迅速上升,且脉压差增加,心输出量增加,左室内压及其最大上升速率均明显上升,而左室舒张末期压则有明显下降,心脏指数、心搏指数、每搏心输出量、左室作功指数均明显上升;而血管总外周阻力在给药后1～2min内上升,5min后则有明显下降。反映心肌氧耗指标的TTI值在给药后3min内也明显增加。上述各指标的作用时间一般在给药后瞬间至5min时,给药10min后则基本恢复或接近正常。动物的心率在给药后瞬间略有减少,其它时刻无明显改变。
When iv in anaesthetized cats, Chengpi (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae) injection can immediated change the hemodynamic data, such as increasing the blood pressure (including SBP, DBP, MAP, and the SBP being increased over 8- 6 kPa), CO, ± dp/dtmax, LVSP, SV, SI, CI, LVWI significantly. But LVEDP is reduced (P<0. 05-0. 001). And TPVR is increased at first. About 3 minute later, it is decreased. The heart rate (HR) is no visibly changed. But TTI is increased at the first 3 min. This reflects the myocardial oxygen consumption increasing. All of the changes may happen from 0 to 5 minute after iv this injection. About 10 minutes later, they will come back to normal. So, the Chengpi injection can be used to cure a patient who gets acute shock.
