胚胎体外共培养研究的进展 被引量:6

摘要 共培养是模拟早期胚胎在体内发育环境,延长体外发育时间,提高囊胚获得率的方法。因其可提高体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)的成功率,特别是提高反复种植失败(IF)者的妊娠率。尽管有不少争议,近年仍有较多与共培养有关的研究,对共培养系统的改进、应用、作用机制的探讨作介绍。
