四肢隐匿性骨折的MRI检查 被引量:3

摘要 目的 进一步探讨四肢关节隐匿性骨折的检查方法 ,提高其检出率。方法 前瞻性地对 362例外伤后常规X线片阴性而高度怀疑四肢隐匿性骨折患者 ,在伤后 2小时~ 7天行四肢关节MRI检查。结果  92例患者 1 2 0处显示隐匿性骨折 ,检出率 2 5 %。结论 四肢关节MRI可引导诊断相关隐匿性骨折 ,减少误诊。
