摘要
企业文化是社会主义文化的重要组成部分。本文首先描述了企业文化建设的现实意义,进而分析了新时期对企业文化建设提出的新要求,最后表述了本人对新时期企业文化建设的一些探索性思路。
Enterprise culture is an important component of socialist culture. Firstly, in this article the author tells about the practical significance of strengthening enterprise culture. And then he analyses the uptodate demand set for strengthening it in the new era. Lastly, shows some of his exploratory ideas of how to do it.
