摘要
企业文化建设是以企业家为核心的管理层通过积极的引导和塑造,把企业内各层次的亚文化有效整合为企业的主流文化,以充分发挥其激励、约束作用,并使之与外部环境特别是顾客价值观相协调的过程,是一个不断创新的过程。在这个过程中,企业各层次的发展目标得以实现,企业员工个人全面发展的需求不断满足。实现企业文化建设的目标,企业家是主导;企业价值观的变革和提升是基础;形成能够激励创新,而其本身也能适时调整、创新的企业主流文化是根本;创建学习型、开放型组织是保证。
Corporate culture building is a process that entrepreneurs-cored administrative hierarchy integrates various subcultures into the mainstream culture through positive instructing and shaping.Through the process,the motivation and re-striction of the corporate culture will be brought into full play.Meanwhile,the corporate culture will be in harmony with ex-terior environment,especially clients ,values as well.It ,s a constantly innovating process in which interior developing goals of the enterprise are achieved and employee ,s needs for overall development are eventually satisfied.Entrepreneurs play a dom-inative role in achieving the goals of corporate culture building.The change and promotion of enterprise ,s values is the foundation.Corporate mainstream culture should adjust and reform itself timely.Creating learning and open organizations is also essential.
