摘要 南水北调东线工程是我国水资源优化配置的一项战略性基础工程。以系统分析的思想为基础,对跨流域多水源多目标多工程调水所涉及的水资源问题分析研究,建立南水北调东线工程联合调水仿真模型,提出了调度模型的计算过程以及调算的水文系列和计算时段。建立仿真模型的目的是为南水北调工程决策提供方便实用的科学分析工具和仿真平台,为工程的决策提供技术支持。 The east route of the southtonorth water transfer project is strategic base works in water resources optimal allocation in China. Based on the system analyze theory, aim at water resources problem deal with multireservoir and multiconsumer and multiwork for water unite regulation of crossdrainage basin, we develop a water unite regulation simulation model of the east route of the southtonorth water transfer project, and a compute process, regulation hydrology catenas and calculate period of time for the simulation model was brought forward. The aim of the simulation model based is provided for convenience and practicality science analyze implement and simulation software flat for decisionmaking of the southtonorth water transfer project.
