摘要
保险经纪人作为保险市场中联结买卖双方的中介发挥着重要的作用。尽管保险业的发展会给中国保险经纪人带来良好的发展机遇,但目前仍存在很多的制约因素,应着重从培养人才、加强监管和完善法规等方面采取对策。
As the mid-man linking buyer to seller,broker plays an important part in insurance market.Though the development of our insurance would bring good chances for broker,there are many restricted factors at present.We should take measures to train talent,strengthen control,perfect law and regulations and so on.
