摘要
从融资租赁有利于中小企业融资、技术改造、灵活多变等优势出发,结合目前我国存在的租赁业务规模小、经营艰难等问题,提出了拓宽融资渠道、加大对内开放、完善法规、制订优惠政策等发展融资租赁的对策。
Finacial leasing is good for small and medium-sized enterprises to gain funds, make technological transformation and take advantage of their flexible character. However, in view of the problems such as being in small scale, hard management, etc. in China's leasing industry. Some constructive countermeasures are brought up to promote the development of financial leasing industry in China by widening finacing channel, strengthening internal opening-up, improving concrete regulations and making preferential policies .
