摘要
作者介绍了棉籽饼的成份、去毒生产低棉酚的棉籽蛋白的方法 ;分析目前棉籽蛋白开发所存在的问题并提出相应的对策 ,以及棉籽在国民生产中的地位和利用前景。旨在促进广大乡镇企业开发利用该资源。同时本地有类似如油茶粕、桑子粕等资源 。
The composition of cotton-seed cake and the process method of the low gossypol cotton-seed protein are introduced in this paper. It also analyzes the existing problems when the cotton-seed protein is exploited; raises the relevant countermeasures and expatiates the cotton-seed's position and utilization foreground of the national product. The purpose is to promote all the townowned enterprises to exploit and utilize the resource. Meanwhile there is abundant resource such as oil tea cake and mulberry cake in the local, so how to eliminate the toxic and utilize them will have the significance of further research.
