摘要
首先分析了我国目前各种工程评标方法的缺陷 ,然后运用层次分析法原理建立起一个选择土木工程最佳承包商的综合评价模型 .运用这种定性与定量相结合的方法可提高评标行为的科学性、合理性 .
This paper discusses the limitations of each method of evaluating tenders for civil engineering in China at present. Based on the theory of AHP, this paper puts forward an overall evaluation model to choose the best contractor in civil engineering. This model is a system engineering method which combines the qualitative ana1ysis with the quantitative analysis. The application of this method can make the behavior of evaluating tenders more scientific and rational.
