摘要
[背景 ]为观察综合康复疗法对肩关节周围炎的疗效 ,采用电疗、关节松动术及运动疗法相结合的方法对肩关节周围炎患者进行了治疗并与对照组进行了疗效比较 .[病例报告 ]将12 2例肩关节周围炎患者随机分为观察组 6 2例和对照组 6 0例 .观察组 :采用电脑中频治疗仪治疗 ,每次 2 0min ,再行关节松动术 ,每日或隔日 1次 ,每次 30min ,随后按规定做肩关节活动度训练 ,每日1次 ,每次 30min ;对照组 :采用电脑中频电疗 ,方法同上 ,回家后自己作无规律的肩关节功能练习 .结果 ,观察组显效率为 89% ,平均治疗次数为 14次 ,对照组显效率为 42 % ,平均治疗次数为 2 1次 ,两组间有显著性差异 .[讨论 ]综合康复疗法治疗肩关节周围炎疗效显著 ,缩短疗程 ,是一种值得推广的治疗方法 .
BACKGROUNDTo observe the effects of synt he size rehabilitation therapy for the scapulohumeral periarthritis, the joint mobi lization technique was used to treat patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis, combing with diathermy and kinesitherapy. It was compared with control group. CASE REPORT122 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis were rand omly divided to 62 cases of observation group and 60 cases of control group. 62 cases were treated by synthesized therapy with medium frequency electrotherapy o f two electrode pads were placed on the front and back of the shoulder, that ele ctric curret can be exceptable by patients (20 min),30 min joint mobilization te chnique and kinesitherapy intervention for 30 min. Another 60 cases were treated with medium frequency of electric current with some methods and exercised by th emselves at home. The recovery rate was 89% by 14 times of treatment in obse rvation group, but 42% by 21 times of treatment in control group, and there ha d a significant difference between two groups.DISCUSSIONThe synthesized rehabilitation therapy is an effective treatment method for scapuloh umeral periarthritis and could shorten the course of treatment.
