摘要
目的：观察治疗肩关节周围炎的新疗法及疗效。方法：利用肩关节活动器治疗肩关节周围炎１９４例，与运动疗法治疗肩关节周围炎８８例作对照，两组均辅以相同的物理因子治疗。结果：治疗组有效率为９８．４％，对照组有效率为９２．０％，ｕ＝２．４９，Ｐ＜０．０５，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论：肩关节活动器是治疗肩关节周围炎的一种较为理想的新疗法。
Objective:In order to explore the new therapy for scapulohumeral periarthritis and to study its clinical effect.Methods:194 cases with scapulohumeral periarthritis were treated with shoulder movement apparatus(shoulder wheel by selfmade);another 88 cases as a control group were managed with kinesiotherapy.At the same time,the patients of both groups were all received identical physiotherapies.The effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The outcome of comparison indicated that the total effective rate of treatment group and control group was respectively 98.4% and 92.0%,there was a difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is suggested that the shoulder movement apparatus is an ideal new therapy for scapulohumeral periarthritis.
