摘要
[目的 ]研究静脉血营养的静脉皮瓣血液循环途径 .[方法 ]选用中国家兔 30只 ,将每侧兔耳视为 1例 ,共 6 0例 ,随机分为 2个组 :A组 30例 ,切断中央动脉和前后边缘静脉 ,保留中央静脉和耳背神经 ;B组 30例 ,切断中央动脉、耳背神经和前后边缘静脉 ,仅保留中央静脉 ;将A组皮瓣 30例和B组皮瓣 30例 ,分别于术后第 3,5 ,7,14d和 2 8d ,自皮瓣静脉远心端注入 30 0mL/L墨汁灌注液 .[结果 ]乳头下层与浅筋膜微静脉网内有大量墨汁灌入 .[结论 ]静脉血营养的静脉皮瓣的血液循环途径为静脉干远心端微静脉微静脉网微静脉静脉干近心端 .
OBJECTIVETo study the blood circulation route of venous skin flaps nurtured by venous blood.METHODS30 Chinese rabbits were divided randomly into 2 groups. In group A (30 cases), central artery, anterior and posterior marginal veins were cut while the central vein and auditory nerve were kept. In group B (30 cases), central artery, auditory nerve, anterior and posterior marginal veins were cut, while central vein was kept. The skin flaps of group A and B were perfused with 300mL/L Chinese ink from the vein of distal end of skin flaps on 3rd, 5th, 7th, 14th and 28th day individually after operation.RESULTSLots of inks were perfused in the papillary under layer and venule net of superficial fascia.CONCLUSIONBlood circulation rout is the cardinal vein distal end, venule, venule net, venule and cardinal vein proximal end in rabbits.
