摘要
盛花期喷施适宜浓度的多效唑,能显著提高花生叶片蛋白质和叶绿素的含量,增强花生叶片的光合速率和蒸腾速率,并增强主根的根系活力。喷施3周后,单位叶面积鲜重和干重以及植株鲜重和干重均有所提高。成熟收获时,单株结荚数、饱果率和产量均比对照高。其中,以喷施150mg·L-1多效唑处理的产量最高,达3806.25kg/hm2,比对照增产12.57%。
The treatments with suitable concentration of paclobutrazol sprayed on leaves of peanut at full flowering stage could promote obviously the content of protein and the content of chlorophyll in leaves, and improve the rate of photosynthesis and the rate of transpiration of leaves, and increase the activity of roots. Three weeks after paclobutrazol was sprayed, the fresh weight and dry weight per leaf-area and per plant all increased. At harvest, the quantity of pod, the percent of plump and the yield per plant were higher than that of the control. The highest yield of peanut was the treatment of spraying paclobutrazol of 150mg·L-1,which reached 3806.25kg/ha, and increased by 12.57% as compared with CK.
