摘要
为创造育种和遗传研究的花生基础材料,开展了化学诱变研究。采用自行设计的处理方法成功地获得了超大果和小果突变体。大果、小果突变体及对照果长分别为5.822±0.051、3.640±0.032、4.530±0.053cm,果宽分别为1.746±0.032、1.425±0.032、1.675±0.026cm。用SASNPAR1WAY程序分析经Wilcoxon秩和检验,与原种相比,果形大小差异达显著水准。这些材料除具有育种上的价值之外,更重要的是预先排除了基因组中与目的基因不相干的很多区域,是定位、分离控制果形大小基因不可多得的好材料。
Studies on chemical induced mutations were conducted to create fundamental material for genetics and applied breeding research using self-designed methods. Large poded and small poded mutants were obtained following chemical mutagen treatment. Pod length was 5.822±0.051, 3.640±0.032 and 4.530±0.053cm, and pod width 1.746±0.032,1.425±0.032 and 1.675±0.026cm, for large poded, small poded mutants and the control, respectively. The control (L7-1) and the mutants significantly differed in pod size according to Wilcoxon rank sums test using SAS NPAR1WAY procedure. Utilization of the mutants and the control in subsequent molecular marker studies has the advantage of excluding lots of regions of the genome unrelated to the gene(s) of interest and may thus facilitate the final mapping/cloning of related gene (s) governing the size of peanut pods.
