摘要
目的测定云南香蕉、芭蕉中微量元素含量,为饮食提供基础数据。方法利用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定河口、景洪、瑞丽、版纳4个地方产香蕉、芭蕉中锌、铜、锰、钾元素的含量,采用SPSS 17.0软件t检验,秩和检验对数据进行统计分析。结果香蕉中铜、锰、钾含量显著高于芭蕉,锌含量没有差异;香蕉中4种元素含量无差异,芭蕉中亦无差异。结论香蕉、芭蕉中微量元素含量差别较大。
Objective Basic data are provided for food by measuring trace elements of bananas and plantains in yunnan province. Method The contents of Zn, Cu, Mn, K trace elements of bananas and plantains were measured by using flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer. Statistical analysis of experimental data were made by using SPSS 17.0 software. Result The banana was significantly higher than plantain in the contents of Cu, Mn, K, no differences in Zn content; there was no differences in the contents of four elements in banana, also no differences in plantain. Conclusion There is great difference of trace element contents between banana and plantain.
