摘要
目的 观察干酪菌发酵产物对豚鼠离体回肠平滑肌收缩功能的影响。方法采用豚鼠离体回肠平滑肌标本,观察加入干酪菌发酵产物前后肌紧张的变化以及加入几种受体阻断剂对其药效的影响。结果 干酪菌发酵产物能提高豚鼠离体回肠平滑肌肌紧张,且呈剂量-效应依赖关系,组织胺H1受体阻断剂苯海拉明能阻断其兴奋作用。结论 干酪菌发酵产物能提高豚鼠离体回肠平滑肌肌紧张,其作用途径与组织胺H1受体有关。
Purpose To study the effect and its mechanism of zymotic fluid of Polypor Laetiporus (ZPL) on the muscular tension of the isolated ileum of guinea pig. Methods The isolated guinea pig ileum was incubated in an organ bath, and the smooth muscle tense was observed. In order to detect its mechanism, ZPL's effects before and after administration of atropine, phentalamine, popranolol or piphenhydramine were determined . Results ZPL could increase the smooth muscle tense with dose dependent effect; atropine 2.8x10-7 mol/1, propranolol 7.7x10mol/1, and phentolamine 1.1x10mol/1 had no effects on ZPL's excited response ; ZPL could not reverse the diphenhydramine-induced inhibition. Conclusion ZPL could significantly augment the spontaneous contraction of pig ileum with dose-dependent effect; the effect of ZPL might mediate through histamine pathway.
