摘要
目的 通过对 10例养鸽者肺在常规胸片、CT及HRCT的典型表现分别讨论其诊断。方法 对 10例养鸽者肺病人分别做常规胸片、CT、HRCT检查 ,观察其特征性改变。结果 10例胸片显示肺透亮度减低 ,边界不清 ,CT显示肺透亮度减低 ,以肺的密度增加为主的磨玻璃影 ,边缘模糊并见粟粒状病灶弥漫分布。HRCT显示以两上、中肺中外带分布为主的实质性结节病灶。结论 养鸽者肺的影像学表现以HRCT显示最佳 ,有其典型表现 。
Objective To estimate the value of CT and HRCT in pigeon breeder’s lung by means of analysing some findings in the cases.Method To compare the findings of chest film with CT,HRCT scannings,and to find the characteristic appearance in the 10 cases.Results On chest radiological appearance,the'ground glass'was observed in two both lower lung fields and micronodular opacities in the upper and middle lung fields.The micronodular opacities might be seen clearly in the film of CT,especially in the HRCT films.Conclusion The appearance of the HRCT is the best for diagnosing of pigeon breeder's lung.
