摘要
本文分析磨玻璃密度阴影共２４例，其中特发性肺间质纤维化１０例，慢性支气管炎伴间质纤维化３例，胶原病３例（类风湿、干燥综合征及皮肌炎各１例），癌性淋巴管炎、结节病及细菌性肺炎各２例，过敏性肺泡炎及肺泡蛋白沉着症各１例。磨玻璃密度阴影可见于实质性和间质性病变，磨玻璃密度阴影本身无特异性，中央型磨玻璃密度阴影见于癌性淋巴管炎、结节病及过敏性肺泡炎。外围型磨玻璃密度阴影见于类风湿、干燥综合征、皮肌炎、特发性肺间质纤维化。弥漫性磨玻璃密度阴影见于特发性肺间质纤维化、肺泡蛋白沉着症。在鉴别诊断时应注意小结节、支气管血管束增粗、蜂窝及线影，视哪种成份为主进行鉴别诊断。
Ground-glass density images in 24 patients were analysed,they include 10 IPF,3 chronic bronchitis combined with interstitial fibrosis,3 collagen diseases,2 carcinomatous lymphangitis,2 sarcoidosis,2 bacterial pneumonia,1 allergic alveolitis and 1 pulmonary alveolar proteinosis.We found that ground-glass images were not specific and could occur in parenchymal and interstitial pulmonary diseases;central type appears in carcinomatous lymphangitis,sarcoidosis and allergic alveolitis;peripheral type appears in rheumotoid diseases,sicca syndrome,dermatomyosi is and IPF,diffuse type appears in IPF and pulmonary alveolar proteinosis,Small nodules,enlargement of bronchovascular bundles,Honeycomb and linear shadows should be noted during differential diagnosis.
