摘要
目的 :检验克氏行为量表临床应用的效果。方法 :对 5 2例门诊儿童孤独症患儿及 4 8例正常儿童进行克氏行为量表的评定。结果 :儿童孤独症与正常对照组的克氏量表总分有显著差异 ,14项中有 13项有鉴别诊断意义 ,均P <0 .0 1。结论 :克氏行为量表的各项目筛查效果好 ,临床适应性强。
Objective: To study the Clancy Behavior Scale on childhood autism.Methods:The Clancy Behavior Scale was tested in 52 cases of childhood autism and 48 healthy controls.Results:The scores of the childhood autiam patient(18.90±3.32)was markedly higher than that of the controls(3.02±2.20)( P <0.001).Conclusion: It indicates that clancy behavior scale is useful in screening autism in population.
