摘要 目的探讨糖尿病视网膜病变 (DR)患者检测糖化血红蛋白 (HbA1c)的临床意义。方法对154例2型糖尿病患者DR情况和HbA1c水平进行检测。并对71例、病程5~10年的糖尿病患者正常眼底 (NDR)或单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变 (BDR)患者进行1年的随访 ,检测DR进展情况和HbA1c水平。结果DR组HbA1c高于NDR组。增殖型糖尿病视网膜病变 (PDR)组HbA1c高于BDR组。随访1年 ,视网膜病变进展组(A组)平均HbA1c高于视网膜病变稳定组(B组),差异具有统计学意义 (P<0.01)。 Objective To explore the clinical value of detecting glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) in patients with diabetic retinopathy .Methods The glycosylated hemoglobin and diabetic retinopathy of 154 patients with type 2 diabetes were measured. 71 patients (with duration of diabetes from 5 to 10 years) with non_diabetic retinopathy and background diabetic retinopathy were followed up for 1 year.Results The glycosylated hemoglobin in patients with diabetic retinopathy was higher than those with non_diabetic retinopathy,and it was higher in patients with background diabetic retinopathy than those with proliferative diabetic retinopathy(P<0.01). During 1 year follow_up,the mean levels of glycosylated hemoglobin were higher in group A( having progression of retinopathy) than in group B (retinopathy remained almost the same, P<0.01).Conclusion This study suggested that diabetic retinopathy and its progression might be related to the glycosylated hemoglobin.
