摘要
全面系统地阐述了往复式活塞隔膜泵的结构及工作原理、设计基础理论、准则和方法。定性地分析了影响橡胶隔膜寿命的因素,提出了橡胶隔膜的设计方法。从阀运动规律及破坏机理入手,提出了有别于往复泵的设计方法。进一步指出了隔膜泵与往复泵不同的技术是隔膜技术、活塞密封技术和自动化控制技术。重点阐述了隔膜行程检测及控制单元的原理。
The paper expounds all-sidedly the struc-ture and principle of the reciprocating piston-diaphragm pump as weell as the basic theory, criterion and method of the design on the pump, quantitvely analyzes the factors which have an effect on the senice life of the rubber diaphragm, puts forward the method to design the rubber diaphragm, and deacribes the method to design the valve for the pump, which is different from a reciprocating pump, starting with the runing law and failare mechanism of the valve, The paper further points out that the diaphragm pump is dif-ferent from the reciprocating pump in diaphragm technique, piston seal technique and automation technique, among them,the diaphragm travel test and the principle of the control unit are emphatically expounded in this paper
