摘要
系统地阐述了往复泵峰值分散技术。在分析单台往复泵流量脉动及压力脉动产生原因的前提下 ,论述了多台泵向同一管路输送水煤浆时产生峰值叠加的原因及消除峰值叠加的条件 ,给出了最优分散相角值 ,软件计算判断方法及公式 ,提出了峰值分散技术的概念。
The peak value dispersion technology in reciprocating pumps for pulp transportation is described systemically. On the premise of analyzing the cause of flow pulsation and pressure pulsation of single reciprocating pump, the cause of peak value overlapping in water coal syrup transporting to one pipeline with multi-unit pumps, and the conditions to eliminate peak overlapping are discussed, the graphic analysis of distinguishing optimum dispersion phase angle, the methods and the formula of software calculation are give, the concept of peak value dispersion technology are put forward. And finally, the practical plan and operation situation of the peak value dispersion technology in high pressure reciprocating diaphragm pump are described.
