摘要
目的:建立一种刺五加注射液中细菌内毒素检查法。方法:根据《中国药典》2000年版二部收载的细菌内毒素检查法的要求进行实验。结果:鲎试剂法可用于检查刺五加注射液中细菌内毒素。结论:此法简便、灵敏。
Objective: To establish a method of examing bacterial endotoxin in Ciwujia injec- tion. Method: The experiment is implemented according to the request of bacterial endotoxin test method collected in the 2nd book, China pharmacopoeia 2000. Result: Tachypleus reagen can be used to examine the bacterium endotoxin in Ciwujia injection. Conclution: It is a simple, sensitive and exact method.
