研究高效液相法测定石杉碱乙含量的方法和条件。色谱柱:C_(18)反相柱,流动相:0.02mol/l磷酸二氢钾(PH=4.5)-乙腈(88:12),流速:1.0ml/min,检测波长:309nm,该方法操作简便,准确度高。
A high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for Determina- tion of Huperzine-B; Column: reversed-phase C_(18); mobile phase: 0.02mol/L, potassium; dihydrog hosphate slution: acetonitrile (88: 12); flow rate: 1.0ml/min; wavelength: 309nm. The method is simple and accurate.
