摘要
针对目前采用的油炸设备存在的问题 ,首次提出了将高效传热元件—热管用于油炸设备的设想 ,从理论上分析了这一设想的可行性 。
Based on the shortage of frying equipment extensively used today.The paper at first suggests that heating pipe should be used for frying equipment.The theoretical possibility analysis and some experiment results are given.
