摘要
通过对公路交通安全系统中各影响因素分析 ,将影响因素共分为七大类 ,建立影响因素指标体系 ,以综合加权的方法实现交通事故率标准化 ,以类比分析确定相应指标对交通事故率的影响强度 ,并按各指标影响强度累乘的方法确定公路交通安全系统综合影响强度 ,利用“综合影响强度事故率法”
Through analysis of influencing factors of highway traffic safety system, this paper classifies the influencing factors under seven types, and establishes the index systems of influencing factors. The standardized traffic accident rate can be realized by using comprehensive weighted method, the influencing intensity of the relevant index impact on traffic rate can be determined by analogical analyses, the comprehensive influencing intensity of the highway safety system can be determined by multiplying accumulatively influencing factors of each index. The black point identification way for highway accidents is established by using the comprehensive influencing intensity accident rate.
