摘要
高速公路行车安全不仅关系到经济发展,也关系到人民群众的生命财产安全,采用质量控制法对黑龙江省多条高速公路的安全水平进行评价,并以哈尔滨至双城高速公路为例,应用鉴别指数法确定事故多发点,通过对事故多发点事故成因的分析,给出相应的改善方案。
Traffic safety on the expressway is not only related to the economic development, but also to people＇s lives and property safety. The quality control method is used to evaluate the safety level of expressways in Heilongjiang province, and take a part from Harbin to Shuangcheng as an example, the identification index method is adopted to determine the accident-prone sections, then the causes for accidents are analyzed and the improvements are proposed.
