摘要
本文分析了图书馆“学科馆员”的主要工作和应具备的素质要求,提出从人才建设和建立有效管理机制等方面来发展建设我国“学科馆员”制度。
The article analyzes the duty and ability of 'subject librarians', brings forword ways-bringing up the librarians and setting up effective system of management to develop Chinese 'subject librarians'.
