摘要
柑桔溃疡病菌生长的温度范围为 15~ 40℃ ,最适为 2 5~ 3 0℃ ;在氮源中以对牛肉浸膏、硝酸钾和尿素利用效果较好 ;在碳源中以对甘油、蔗糖利用效果较好 ,而葡萄糖和乳糖不能被该菌所利用 ,病菌不能生长。5 0 0万单位的链霉素WP对病菌抑菌效果最好 ,其 5 0mg L剂量能明显抑制病菌生长。在田间使用剂量0 .60kg hm2 5 0 0万单位的链霉素WP防治柑桔溃疡病效果为 90 .7%。
The temperature range for Xanthomonas campestris growth was 15~40℃, the optimum temperature was 25~30℃. The pathogen grew well on the media prepared with beef extract, potassium nitrate and urea as nitrogen sources, and sucrose and glycerin as carbon sources; lactose and glucose as carbon sources were not beneficial for the growth of the pathogen, which could not grow. The control efficienties of 5 million unit streptomycin WP was the best, 50 mg/L 5million unit streptomycin WP could inhibite effectually the growth of pathogen , in the field, the results showed that the control efficiencies of 0.60 kg/hm 2 5 million unit streptomycin WP reached 90.7%.
