摘要
介绍用TCS法生产110dtex/36f涤纶三叶形黑色长丝生产工艺。结果表明:干切片的w(H2O)应小于20×10-6,色母粒的w(H2O)应小于40×10-6,热管温度187℃,距喷丝板距离950mm,卷绕速度为4.4km/min时,可生产出优质涤纶异形有色丝。
The production process of producing 111 dtex/36 f polyester trilobal blackfilament with TCS method is introduced.The results showed that high quality polyester profiled black yarn can be produced when the moisture percentage of dry chip and masterbatch is less than 2×10-6,and 4×10-5,the thermochanel temperature is 187 ℃,the distance to the spinneret is 950 mm,the winding speed is 4.4 km/min.
