摘要 探讨了用TCS法生产22.2dtex/24f涤纶有色长丝时,切片含水率、色母粒含水率、纺丝温度、纺丝速度、热管位置、热管温度等工艺参数的选择。结果表明:干切片与色母粒含水率应小于20μg/g与50μg/g,且控制染料注射速率为1~6kg/h、热管至喷丝板距离900mm、热管温度178~185℃、卷绕速度为4.2~4.5km/min时,可生产出优质涤纶细旦有色丝。 The selection of the process parameters of moisture content of chips and master batch, spinning temperature and speed, thermo-channel temperature and location were discussed in the production of 22.2 dtex/24f colored PET filaments with TCS. The results showed that the good fine denier colored PET yarn could be produced when moisture content of dried chips and master batch were less than 20 μg/g and 50 μg/g, injection rate was 1-6 kg/h, gap between TCS and spinneret was 900 mm, TCS temperature was 178-185℃, and take-up speed was 4.2-4.5 km/min.
