摘要
对 15个不同居群的假俭草叶片进行了比较解剖学的研究 .结果表明 :这些假俭草在气孔密度、表皮细胞长度、表皮细胞宽度与厚度、角质层厚度、叶片厚度、叶肉层厚度、维管束直径的大小等方面有显著的差异 .在多数情况下 ,匍匐枝气孔密度要大于相应的直立枝的气孔密度 ,匍匐枝气孔密度的变幅是 111 3~ 171 98个 mm2 ,而直立枝气孔密度的变幅是 90 91~ 14 6 2 2个 mm2 ;直立枝下表皮细胞长度要大于相应的匍匐枝下表皮细胞长度 ,直立枝下表皮细胞的变化范围是 93 75~ 12 3 0 7μm ,而匍匐枝下表皮细胞的变化范围是 76 94~ 99 92 μm ;直立枝上、下角质层的厚度要大于相应匍匐枝的上、下角质层的厚度 .对测定的数量指标进行了聚类分析 ,将其分为 6大类 .
The comparative anatomy of 15 populations of centipedegrass were studied in this paper. The results showed that there were significant differences in stomata density, epidermis length, epidermis width, epidermis thickness, cuticle thickness, leaf thickness, layer of the mesophyll thickness and the diameter of the vascular bundle. In general, the stomata density of the creeping shoots is denser than those of corresponding erect shoots. The stomata density of the creeping shoots was ranging from 111.3 per mm 2 to 171.98 per mm 2,the stomata density of the erect shoots was ranging from 90.91 per mm 2 to 146.22 per mm 2.Cell length of the lower epidermis of the erect shoots varied from 93.75 μm to 123.07 μm while that of the creeping shoots varied from 76.94 μm to 99.92 μm. The lower epidermis cells of the erect shoots are longer than those of corresponding creeping shoots. The upper and lower cuticle of the erect shoots is thicker than those of corresponding creeping shoots. Based on the indexes of the comparative anatomy, 15 populations of centipedegrass were classified as 6 types.
