摘要
全光通信是光纤通信发展的必然方向 ,有源光电子器件是构建全光通信网络的重要基础。介绍了目前常用的几种有源光电子器件的现状及发展情况 。
The development of optical fiber communication is all-optical communication, while basic ingredient of all-optical communication is optoelectronic active devices. In this paper, several optoelectronic active devices which are usually used at present are introduced. And a summarization for the future development of optoelectronic active devices and its technology are given.
