摘要
本文通过借鉴传统的LD供电恒流源的设计方法,设计一种频率可调的电流源,独创性的通过电流反馈和光功率反馈两种反馈模式以达到恒定光功率输出的目的。经测试,本装置的输出光功率有较高的稳定度,实验结果证明通过光功率反馈模式得到的光功率输出稳定性要好于电流反馈模式。
Consulting the tradition design method of LD current source, this article reports a kind of frequency adjustable current supply circuit with originally two kinds of feedback patterns, the current and the light power feedback patterns, to achieve the goal of constant output light power. The output light power of this installment has the high stability. The experimental result proved that the output light power is more stable through the light power feedback pattern than the current feedback pattern.
