摘要
介绍了《北京市图书馆条例》的形成过程,制定该条例遵循的原则及主要特点,提出了图书馆立法应继续探讨的几个问题。
This Report is composed of three Parts. Part One introduces the development and adoption of the Beijing Public Library Regulation. Part Two covers the principles and major features in enacting the Regulation. Part Three raises some questions that should be addressed in this field.
