摘要
本文主要从体例结构、文献信息资源建设、工作人员等方面对上海市公共图书馆管理办法、深圳经济特区公共图书馆条例(试行)、内蒙古自治区公共图书馆管理条例、湖北省公共图书馆条例、河南省公共图书馆管理办法、北京市图书馆条例、浙江省公共图书馆管理办法、广西壮族自治区公共图书馆管理办法进行了比较,以为各省市制定和修订其图书馆法提供参考,也为制定国家的《图书馆法》提供参考。
This article compares the Shanghai public library policing method, the Shenzhen special economic zone public library rule （implementation）, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region public library act of administration, the Hubei Province public library rule, the Henan Province public library policing method, the Beijing library rule, the Zhejiang Province public library policing method, the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region public library policing method in the style structure, information resource construction, and staff. The comparison provide various provinces and cities and the country formulating and revising its library law.
