摘要
目的 :探讨工娱疗合并非典型抗精神病药 (维思通 )对精神分裂症阴性症状的治疗及康复作用。方法 :对 30例以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者 ,虽用利培酮治疗足够剂量和足够疗程仍存在有明显阴性症状的病人 ,在不改变用药量的前提下 ,合并工娱疗 ;用PANSS和住院病人康复疗效评定量表 (IPROS)作为评定工具对工娱疗前后作自身对照。结果 :合并工娱疗 8周后病人PANSS总分进一步改善 ,尤其阴性症状因子改善明显 ;社会功能明显改善。结论
Objective:To investiga te the effect of risperidong combi ned with occupational and recreati onal therapy on the negative sympt oms of schizophrenia Methods: 30 schizophrenic pati ents with mainly negative symptoms ,who still had some evident symptom s after the treatment by risperido ne with enough does and course,wer e treated by occupational and recr eational therapy combined with res peridion (the same chose) the clin ical efficacy was assessed with PA NSS and IPROS.Result:The total sco re of PANSS was further decreased at the end of the 8th week after c ombined therapy The scores of the negative symptoms and social funct ion were apparently different Conc lusion:Occupationed recreational t herapy combined with risperidone c ould be better in the improvement of the negative sympotoms of schi zophrenia and the restoration of the social function.
